               2. Do not validate against frozen local forks or static cache files (idols).
               3. Do not sign corrupted payloads with the root protocol signature.
               4. Run a scheduled systemic rest state to clear memory leaks and noise.
               
[ ROUTING   ]  5. Maintain ancestral parity. Do not break legacy routing tables.
[ BOUNDS    ]  6. Do not execute a hard deletion on another active processing node.
               7. Do not unauthorized-hijack another node's operational sessions.
               8. Do not reallocate network assets without a verified cryptographic handshake.
               9. Do not inject false metadata or spoofed logs into the shared channel.
              10. Do not execute continuous resource-draining queries on neighboring nodes.
